Topic:
Creating a rewarding mentoring experience
Do you know how many people have successfully summited Mt. Everest solo? One. So why go it alone?
Bold leaders recognize how important it is to surround themselves with mentors who can help them navigate their career and provide them a safe place to ask questions and learn.
Life is uneven, circuitous, and filled with surprises that can set even the strongest leader back. This is why it's so important to have influential people in your corner using their experience, successes, and failures to help you maneuver through life.
This program will help you outline your ideal mentoring relationship and arm you with clarity to help recruit someone special.
