All attendees will have the opportunity to present their businesses to the audience before the 20 minute program followed by Q&A. Baskin\n\nBaskin Strategies  \n\nFrom 2011 to 2018\, Reen Baskin established herself as a leader within Tennessee State Government. During her time there\, Reen developed the State of Tennessee's Alternative Workplace Solutions initiative\, aimed at identifying employee flexibility\, workforce recruitment and retention\, rightsizing workspace needs\, reducing travel time and cost savings for agencies. She became the State's first Director of Alternative Workplace Solutions\, leading strategic implementation throughout multiple state agencies. She served her last year in The Office of the Governor\, as Governor Bill Haslam's Director of Communications.\n\n \n\nReen co-founded Baskin Strategies in 2018. Since its inception\, Baskin Strategies has provided flexible work opportunities for employees as well as recommended square footage and modernized workspace options for large and small multi-purpose organizations across the Southeast.\n\n \n\nPrior to her service with the State of Tennessee\, Reen practiced law as an Associate Attorney with Farris Mathews Bobango\, PLC.  Reen was honored in 2011 as one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 Honorees\, and in 2017 as one of Nashville's Top 40 Under 40 Award Recipients.
