I own my building and I still mop, sweep and clean bathrooms."

Williamson County Schools

Williamson County has long been recognized as a premier school district at the local, regional, and national levels. The students perform exceedingly well on academic measures; the parents are engaged in the learning process; the business and civic communities actively support schools. In short, Williamson County is a great place to live and learn together.

They are home to scores of exemplary classroom teachers and support professionals many of whom are outstanding educators and accomplished experts in the arts, sciences, languages, and humanities. It is my Dr. Looney's belief that the staff is comprised of some of the nation's brightest and most talented.

While they are proud of their tradition of excellence, they are also committed to standing watch on the bow of their educational journey. They are focused on being at the forefront of educational innovation and the precipice of productive and progressive change so that the graduates are prepared for tomorrow's challenges.

Aug 29    Deangelis Diamond Lunch and Learn

Stop being controlled by your organization.

This is a FREE team workshop to help identify areas for growth, work on unique challenges, and leverage peer learning to solve real-time organizational issues. The format will be interactive and you will have a chance to meet other leaders and work alongside them as we address our most pressing organizational issues. Bring yourself and someone else from your team and enjoy lunch on us, as well.

Most organizations never reach their full potential.

Neither do the people inside those organizations. Imagine if your people became assets, not liabilities, and your culture produced amazing people, while still serving clients and growing the business like never before. Most organizations...

  • Have little to no time to work "on" the business
  • Want a more robust strategic plan for future growth
  • Desire greater alignment among team members
  • Find themselves "firefighting" too often
  • Need more leaders so they can expand
  • Have no system in place to develop employees
  • Struggle to get the best from some employees
  • Want to intentionally shape organizational culture

Regardless of the size of your business, whether it's a startup, mid-size, or large corporation, for profit or not, the biggest challenge - and the greatest potential asset - in any organization is people.

Many thanks to Deangelis Diamond Construction for partnering with us to host this discussion!

Join us and be intentional to work ON your business! We look forward to meeting you!
