About Us

Blood Assurance is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit blood bank. Our mission is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood components, in a cost-effective manner, to every area patient in need. We are the sole blood supplier for Williamson Health and its affiliates, Maury Regional Medical Center and its affiliates, and all Middle TN HCA/TriStar hospitals. We are the primary blood supplier for the Vanderbilt Hospital System and a secondary supplier for Ascension-St. Thomas. Our motto is "give local, save local."
