Kristina Kalb, an experienced educational leader with over 25 years of experience in diverse instructional and administrative roles, brings a wealth of expertise to Fusion Academy Franklin as the Head of School. Kristina holds a BA in History from Occidental College and an M.Ed. from Pepperdine University. Furthering her studies, she is an Ed.D Candidate in Organizational Leadership at Aspen University. Kristina most recently served as the Associate Director for the Tennessee Association of Independent Schools. Committed to fostering effective leadership, Kristina emphasizes servant leadership, a growth mindset, DEI, best practices, empowerment, and clear communication. She resides in Franklin with her husband and two Norrbottenspets and welcomes her two adult children when they visit.
