Matt Milligan serves as the Academic Director for the Institute of Conflict Management and educates students in the art and science of negotiation. Milligan has extensive experience as a negotiator, conducting successful client negotiations for the past twelve years as a private attorney. In addition, Milligan has served in elected office as a Williamson County Commissioner. Currently, Milligan serves on the board Williamson County PAC. Milligan has a special interest in helping business owners and professionals negotiate in complex situations with difficult people.
