Clark is the owner of H. Clark Distillery located in Thompson’s Station. In August of 2014, H. Clark Distillery became the first legal distillery in Williamson County in more than 100 years. H. Clark Distillery prides itself on taking the finest grains and ingredients and transforming them into the ultimate spirits experience. Focusing on quality over quantity, their creations include Tennessee Bourbon, Tennessee Dry Gin, Tennessee Rye Whiskey, New Whiskey and other seasonal spirits.
 
By trade, Clark is a practicing attorney and shareholder at Clark Business & Health Law, a firm he started in early 2010 to provide healthcare regulatory and transactional advice to hospitals and healthcare providers. He began his career at the law firm of Bass Berry & Sims in Nashville as an associate in the firm’s healthcare and transactional practices, focusing on operations and acquisitions of acute care hospitals, psychiatric hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
 
Clark earned a B.A. in history and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
 
Clark grew up on a small farm near Winchester, Tennessee and now lives in southern Williamson County with his wife, Becky, and their two children, Maddie and Tucker.
