Jeff is one of the Partners at Vaco, a recruiting and consulting firm based in Nashville, TN. He has been with Vaco since 2012 and joined the company to help lead the development of a Healthcare IT vertical within Vaco. In this capacity, Jeff contributes to the management of a team focused on providing resources to healthcare companies working to comply with federally-mandated regulations and providing EMR solutions to many of those same healthcare providers.

In addition to his leadership role in HIT, Jeff serves as the VP of Government Affairs for Vaco and is responsible for maintaining relationships at the local and state level of economic development. Vaco works closely with these partners on major corporate relocations to the Nashville market such as Warner Music Group, Nissan and CKE Brands.

Prior to joining Vaco Jeff spent over 11 years in the political fundraising arena. During that tenure, Jeff was directly responsible for raising over $16 million in individual and political action committee (PAC) contributions for campaigns throughout the country. He led the fundraising effort for a Governor's race in 2002, consulted with the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) for multiple election cycles, and served as National Finance Director for Mike Huckabee's Presidential campaign in the 2008 campaign cycle.

Jeff is married with 2 boys and lives in Nashville.
