M2 Group, LLC was founded in 2014 by Matt Bryant, PE after spending 20 years in the consultant world performing due diligence, entitlements, designs, and permitting for a variety of projects throughout the United States.

The company was created to serve a need to act in an advisory capacity to real estate developers, contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders involved in real estate development through efficient and thorough practices.
 
We are proud to be a Franklin/Williamson County-based business since our inception 10 years ago, and this new facility allows us to be strategically located to better serve our clients throughout Middle TN and allows us to continue to grow as a company in the future at this location.
