About The Hope Preserve, LLC:
We’re a collective of psychotherapists particularly attuned to the physical and emotional experience of trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic illness. We love to support you right where you are, whether you need deep trauma work, exciting goals work, or very practical support in crisis or exhaustion.
Our services include individual therapy for adults and teens, group therapy (we love our DnD groups!), relaxing neurofeedback, community workshops, executive function support (such as body doubling and accommodations-building), and therapy intensives.
We do use evidence-based therapy techniques such as Internal Family Systems and EMDR, among others, but care mostly that you have a deeply human experience with us, and we very purposefully customize each therapy session to who you are and what you need.
