WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in generating revenue by engaging prospective and existing residential customers. This role will focus primarily on outbound cold calling with email and text follow-ups. There may be some inbound call handling during peak times and sales support as needed. The ideal candidate will listen closely to understand customer needs, explain United’s products and services, and recommend the right internet and phone solutions to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING:
POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS
This is an on-site position based in our Franklin, TN location. This requires working on-site approximately 30 to 32 hours per week. There is some flexibility in defining the work schedule within our standard sales office hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Examples of a work schedule for this position might include working 4 days per week, 8 hours per day (32 hours per week) or working 5 days per week, 6 hours per day (30 hours per week). The successful candidate will have input into their desired days/hours, but the work schedule must remain consistent from week to week. Your supervisor will work with you to establish your regular work schedule as necessary. Overtime may be required during peak periods.
