Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Location: Nashville, TN

Terms: Full-Time Employee 

Expected Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000 a year (Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission)

ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and building strong client relationships within the Nashville area. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Founder & CEO, you’ll help shape how Chezy interacts with clients to ensure services exceed expectations. You’ll be passionate about fostering connections and solving problems through storytelling while being proactive in identifying opportunities. On a typical day, you’ll build relationships with clients, represent Chezy at networking events, track sales activities in our CRM system, and collaborate with marketing to align efforts. Adaptability to changing client needs and a focus on creative solutions will be key to your success. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and seeks ways to improve processes and results.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or client relations.

  • Willingness to travel in the Nashville metropolitan area for client meetings.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
